    It says my face has been associated with another account. What should I do?  

    • This means that you already had the JustPlay app installed on your device and verified, hence why it says
      that your face is associated with another account. For security reasons, our users can have 1 account only.
      The best workaround for this issue would be to ask a friend or family member to verify the account using your device.


    Please keep in mind that submitting a personal information removal request will not fix the error. Removing your data is not a successful workaround.
